Hi,

I have a spreadsheet, and I have assigned a macro to a button under customize quick access toolbar, which I can see everytime I open a excel spreadsheet and it works fine.

The problem I have is - I need to send this spreadsheet to my team mates, and I want them also to get the same button under their quick access toolbar, rather than I going to their place and doing it manually, when I send them the spreadsheet I want the button to be available under quick access toolbar, is this possible ? if not, what is the alternate method.

Regards,
Ron

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Hi,

Could you please let me know how do I go about doing it.

Thank you!

No, if you are sending the sheet to another user, your sheet will not modify their Quick Access Toolbar.

I was thinking about the
Developer tab|Insert|ActiveX|Command button.
