its easy to just Copy by draging the small Black Square at the bottom Right hand corner of your selection box

BTW (if you are copying the format will also be copied)


but i have a macro that if you select two it will copy down as far as you have other data.. (just make sure there is data down to 4000 in another column....

Hi Wayne,

Say you have this data in C2 - 14-03-2011 01:25:00

Then in C3 use this formula - =C2+0.000694444444444444

Now fill this formula down to the numbers of rows you like. 0.000694444444444444 is one minute converted into value.
