Macro editing and access

I have a simple question regarding macro usage. I'm currently working on a network and I need to use a macro that was saved on another person's space. When I look into the VBE, I can see that the macro is stored in a "PERSO.xls" file which is not the file in which the macro is. Can anyone tell me how i can access this "user specific" space for macros.
