Macro find column and rename it

I need help writing a macro that will find a specific column, and rename it.

EG: Find column "ProductNumber," change to ProductCode

Why not just record a macro performing Find & Replace?

Assuming the column title is in row 1 try

Sub RenCol()
Dim Found As Range
Set Found = Rows(1).Find(what:="ProductNumber", LookIn:=xlValues, lookat:=xlWhole)
If Not Found Is Nothing Then Found.Value = "ProductCode"
End Sub

Set Found = Rows(1).Find(what:="ProductNumber", LookIn:=xlValues, lookat:=xlWhole)
If Found Is Nothing Then Exit Sub
Found.Value = "ProductCode"
