I uploaded Dummy information in a worksheet on 4shared that is identical to what I am working with. The cumulative tab shows what I want pulled from the other worksheets.
http://www.4shared.com/file/MjTZvBFQ/DUMMY_DATA.html
The real job history tab in the full worksheet has 3500 rows, and the review history has 4300 rows.
The few examples have all 7 years of reviews and several positions. Not all rows will have a review yet (those that have started this year) and not all employee id's have more than one job history....... Please help! I'm hoping that any macro that will work on the DUMMY DATA worksheet will work for the whole worksheet.
Basically I want each employee id to have one row in the cumulative worksheet. All of their jobs will be put in the proper column (most recent job in current job column, 2nd most recent in the 2nd job column, and then the respective start dates in their columns and the same with the ratings).
Also, some ID's in the real worksheet have more than 10 jobs, but I want them cut off at 10.
I tried writing a macro but it was too large to execute. I am VERY new to VBA and am in a time crunch to get this done.
Thanks in advance for all the help!
