macro modification help

Set sh1 = ThisWorkbook.Sheets[COLOR=Red]("MAR-11")[/COLOR]
  Set prSh = ThisWorkbook.Sheets("Packing Report")

Dear friends above code belong to my macro.this macro working only with ("MAR-11") sheet.i want to change my macro to work with any open sheet in same workbook.pls help me..thanks in advance...
