Macro Needed - To Compare a row and column (Two different conditions)

I am trying to write a macro to compare two different conditions between two tables and write a cell value if those conditions are true.

Need to compare a column in Table A with a row in Table B if true, then need to compare another column in Table A with a column in Table B, if both conditions are true, then I need to write a corresponding value in Table B into new cell.
Any help would be appreciated.. Thanks in advance.

Example
Compare A2 of Table A with C1 of TableB, if true, compare B2 of TableA with A1 of tableB.
