Macro repeats itself until desired result

Not sure what to search for so will try to explan what i need...

i want to assign a macro to my button that refreshes the random number generator (=rand()*8) and continues to do so until such time as a specified value appears in another cell.

for example, in this case i want the macro to refresh until number 5 appears in cell I19. Once it does, the macro must stop.

Is this possible???
