Macro run Issue

I have a macro that contains a 3 step query to produce some manipulated data. The first query runs a few minutes pulling some data from a rather large file and generates a table. Later on for space issues the table is deleted.Here is my problem the second and third step run before the first step finishes and generates the table. How do I keep step 2 & 3 from running before Step 1 finishes?

I can't see how the other steps would run before the first was completed.
