Macro to add info in cells to row in other sheet ( and keep adding to next empty row)

Hello !

I have a work assignment to include specific cells to another sheet for a database collection of the emails sent

Sheet name: SEND 1to1

ADD the info to this db sheet / on the same excel
Sheet name: Individual Coaching DB

How do I macro this so it keeps adding the Info I fill on the first sheet, into the next empty row in the Database sheet ?
And delete all info that was filled after adding it to the next empty row if possible

I would really appreciate the help , this report means a lot to my team and i can't find it anyware online !

It is hard to work with pictures. It would be easier to help if you could use the XL2BB add-in (icon in the menu) to attach screenshots (not a picture) of your sheets. Alternately, you could upload a copy of your file to a free site such as www.box.com or www.dropbox.com. Once you do that, mark it for 'Sharing' and you will be given a link to the file that you can post here. Explain in detail what you want to do referring to specific cells, rows, columns and sheets using a few examples from your data (de-sensitized if necessary).
