Send a row of info from one sheet to the next empty row on another sheet by clicking button

I'm trying to send an entire row of info from one sheet to the first empty row on a database type sheet by clicking a "Send" button. Can anyone help out here?

I'm trying to send an entire row of info from one sheet to the first empty row on a database type sheet by clicking a "Send" button. Can anyone help out here?

For reference, here are pictures. I'm trying to move the row in the "DPC (Insp)" tab to the "DPC" tab by clicking a button under the A3 row in the "DPC (Insp)" tab.
