Macro to Auto filter and copy data to another workbook

Hi

I am trying to write a macro to autofilter and copy data to a new workbook.

Eg:
Column L contains Months. The column may have all 12 months or only few months but the macro should copy the data of individual months and paste it in a new workbook and save it in the name of the month. Number of new workbooks = number of months. Please help me on this.
