Macro to automatically open another workbook

I am trying to open another workbook when a macro is run. The workbook to be opened is referenced in the cells.

This is currently what I have, but it doesn't work.

Workbooks.Open Filename:="X:\Staff\AI Program\""&'Set-up Page'!E6&" \ ["&'Set-up Page'!F6&"]
