I was wondering if anyone could help me with a macro to change the cells O23 -O33 from Vlookup values to Pasted values only so if I change the value in referenced cell it wont change my existing spreadsheets
Many Thanks
Tim

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
VBA Code:
Range("O23:O33").Value = Range("O23:O33").Value

Above is for active sheet
