I have a spreadsheet containing data in columns A to F from row 6 onwards. I would like code that if data in column E is blank from row 6 onwards, then it must clear the data one column to the right of it for eg if E6 is blank, then F6 must be cleared, if E7 is blank then F7 must be cleared etc

Your assistance in this regard will be most appreciated

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
Here you go

Code:
Sub deep_six()
    Dim LR As Long
    LR = Cells(Rows.Count, 5).End(xlUp).Row
    If Cells(Rows.Count, 6).End(xlUp).Row > LR Then
        LR = Cells(Rows.Count, 6).End(xlUp).Row
    End If
    For i = 6 To LR
        If Cells(i, 5) = "" Then
            Cells(i, 6) = ""
        End If
    Next i
End Sub
