Macro to compare sheets and change values to 2nd sheet

Thanks for any help! This seems to be somewhat simple, but I can't get it.

I am trying to write a macro to compare the values between two similar sheets. I have two sets of matching columns in each sheet. I have a third column that changes in one sheet and I need it to change in the second sheet.

Here are the conditions I need.

* I need it to search through "Worksheet! Column "F"" and find the instances of the word "Open".
*As long as the value in column "E" is "Initial Pleadings", then
I need it to search through worksheet 2 where the values in columns B and C (the state and county columns) are equal the values in columns C and D of the first sheet.
*When it finds a match I need it to change the value of the corresponding cell in the column "AZ" to "TRUE"
