Macro to convert formulas to values

I need to create a macro that will to convert formulas to values on the next row down after each time it is used.

As an example Range ("B3:AD3") needs to be converted from formulas to values, but next time to needs to be B4:AD4.

If it would make it easier, I do have other actions taking place when the value in column AE"*"=1.
