Macro to copy data from one sheet to another after last data containing data in Col A

i hve written code to copy data from sheet "Statement" from A2 to last row containing Data In Col D

I need this pasted after last row containing data on sheet "Reconciling Items"

Currently the data is being pasted over existing data, which I don't want

it would be appreciated if someone could amend my code

 Sub Copy_Statement()
  
  With Sheets("Statement")
    .Range("A2", .Range("D" & .Rows.Count).End(xlUp)).Copy
  End With
  
  Sheets("Reconciling Items").Range("A1").Offset(1).PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValues

Sheets("Reconciling Items").Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1).PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValues
