Macro to Create PDF and seen email with lotus note

Hello,

Can someone help me with a Macro.

I have a Workbook with multiple worksheet each worksheet has to go to a different person. Each tab has the persons name.

So i would need it to create a PDF file for worksheet #1 send email to the person.

The go to the Worksheet #2 create PDF and send email to person #2
