HI,

Is there a VBA code to remove blank rows between Data. I have a report with large number of rows.

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
There is, but it would depend on your data. It may be easier for you to use auto filter, select only the blank rows, delete them all and then remove the auto filter.

Don1235,

There is a simple solution for you.

Assuming the column in question is A,the code below switftly clears it out:

Columns("a:a").SpecialCells(xlCellTypeBlanks).EntireRow.Delete
