Macro to fid sheet name in list and delete it

Hi everyone,

I need a macro that can find the name of the active sheet in a list of sheets in column Q then delete it and the data in the next 4 columns of that row?

please help if you can

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
I am assuming that you mean clearcontents rather than delete in the line below as if you delete it will shift all the rows below up.

VBA Code:
Columns("Q").Find(ActiveSheet.Name, , xlValues, xlWhole, xlByRows, xlNext).Resize(, 5).ClearContents

I did mean delete but i can deal with that, this is exactly what i needed thank you :) Tony
