macro to find cell with value

Hi,

I need help writing a macro that would insert a value in column B? by finding this value in range E5:E? picking first value it finds looking upward from cell E? to E5. For example:


B10=fill in with first cell value found going up from E10 to E5
B11=fill in with first cell value found going up from E11 to E5
B12=fill in with first cell value found going up from E12 to E5
B13=fill in with first cell value found going up from E13 to E5
B14=fill in with first cell value found going up from E14 to E5
etc.

The reason why I need a macro to look upwards is because I don't want it to pick value in cell E6 and place it in cell B11 if cell B10 also has a value.

I hope this makes sense. I really uppreciate all the help I can get.
