Macro to find certain value and delete that row and 3 rows below

Hi there. Happy Friday.

Can you assist me in creating a macro to find "Total For Page" and then delete 3 rows below it including the row containing the word "Total For Page". The macro should loop so that it deletes any rows that finds this instance.

Thank you for any assistance.
