Macro to generate emails using only certain rows of data

I have looked at many codes on here and can't quite get a handle on which one I should use. I have data showing when people have files booked out to their name. They often have more than one file. I would like to send an email to them either every two weeks or upon request that tells them that they have had the file out for x number of days and copies the rows to the email that are relevant to that person. If that file has been out for over 100 days then their leader also needs to receive the email.

My workbook has several data sheets although I only want it generated from a sheet called current tracking.

My columns are labelled: date of origin, originator, output team, document name, document number, current owner, date last contact, comments and days in review. I realise I will now also need a column for email address and leader's email address.

I have currently (and this changes obviously) about 150 rows with about 30 different current owners.

I have had very little experience with macros, so please go easy on me. I appreciate any and all attempts at help.
