Macro to merge different tabs from different files

Hello Expert,

I have a set of files in a directory. Each file has number of worksheets. Every-time for my reporting purpose, I need to merge the content of same worksheets from all the files.

Hence I have to create a new merged file with the same number of worksheets, having the merged content from all the files.

Appreciate if you can guide me to automate above steps using macro.
