Not sure why, but recently when I open a file that is saved to a Sharepoint site I get the message that it is RESERVED by xxx.

The file is opened by a command in a macro

Code:
 Workbooks.Open Filename:="http://website/subsite/name%20folder/%20Filename.xls", Password:="password"

Going to TOOLS / SHARE WORKSHEET, it does not show that the worksheet is shared.

So,
A> Without moving it off of our Server, how do I get rid of this RESERVED BY message
B> If I can't get around this, how do incorporate this second password into the code so that anyone using this the macro can get by this?

Thanks for any suggestions.
