Macro to Refresh the workbook every 5 seconds

I just need a macro that will "refresh" or update the Excel workbook/worksheet every 5 seconds without having to keep pushing "F9". It would seem that there would be a simple code to run that would simply take the place of hitting "F9"
 

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
