I have some macro's which i need run in a loop only if cell "d36" contains text of any sort.

i already have a set of macro's running on a timer of 5 secs but i'll need these macro's to do the same only if cell d36 contains text. the text will be a part number of some sort depending on what was selected.

this might not be the best way of making it work but i'm not sure of how else to do it.

any idea's?

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest

Maybe:

Code:
Sub Stilgar

If IsNumeric(Range("D36")) = False Then Call YOUR OTHER MACRO'S

End Sub
