Macro to run when data validation cell is changed

Hi
I've got cell D5 as a data validation with a list of numbers that affect results for a table. How do I run macro UpdateWheel when the value in the data validation changes.

Try this: right click the sheet tab, select View Code and paste in

 Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
If Target.Address(False, False) = "D5" Then Call UpdateWheel
End Sub

I also would like a msgbox before the user changes the number so when cell D5 is selected msgbox comes up "Changing wk numbers will automatically update Wheel"

If Target.Address(False, False) = "D5" Then MsgBox "Changing wk numbers will automatically update Wheel", vbInformation
End Sub
