macro to save text without quotes

Is there a macro out there to save a txt file that has commas in it without the stupid quotes it puts in it. I want to save the file as Bar.txt
 

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
