Hey guys, I am trying to build a code in a macro so that when this macro prints it selects the HP OfficeJet Pro l7700 fax rather than the default of hp officejet pro l7700 because for this document we want it to automatically fax it. Any help?

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Not aware of a way to change the printer in VBA (there must be a way though ...) but I use the following to enable the user to choose a different printer for some specific printouts:
Code:
Application.Dialogs(xlDialogPrinterSetup).Show
On return, the printer will already have been chosen/set.
