Hello I've been looking at this for a few hours and can't work out how to do this.

I have currently set a macro up that pastes information from an accounts check spreadsheet into another spreadsheet and this second spreadsheet acts as a database to hold the information. The form is cleared down by the macro and the next time it is completed it pastes into the next cell in the database.

What I would like to do is when someone enters the distinct reference number in the account checks spreadsheet rather than them having to input all the information again I would have a cell that changes to the number 1 and the macro then runs and copies all this information into my form because this cell has changed value?

There are over 200 cells so I don't want to have to write 200 vlookups to do this as the spreadsheet would become enormous.

Any help would be great?
