Macro to sort CoL M

I have a macro to sort Col M on sheet1

when running the macro, I get a message "'sort Reference not valid"
It would be appreciated if someone could amend my code

.Range("M3:M" & Lr).Sort Key1:=Range("M2"), Order1:=xlAscending

 Sub Sort_Ageing()
Dim Lr As Long
With Sheets(1)
Lr = .Cells(.Rows.Count, "m").End(xlUp).Row
.Range("M3:M" & Lr).Sort Key1:=Range("M2"), Order1:=xlAscending
End With

With Sheets(1)

Is referring to the very first sheet in your workbook
Not the sheet named 1
So

With Sheets("1")

Might be...

 .Range("M3:M" & Lr).Sort Key1:=Range("M2"), Order1:=xlAscending

this should be

.Range("M3:M" & Lr).Sort Key1:=.Range("M2"), Order1:=xlAscending
