Suppose I have Sheet1, Cell A2 as set as a data validation cells with multiple dates to choose from. Is it possible to set that to run a macro when a different date is selected?

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
Try like this: right click Sheet1's tab, select View Code and paste in

Rich (BB code):
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
If Target.Address(False, False) = "A2" Then Call MyMacro
End Sub
Change MyMacro to suit.

Either will do. I prefer to be explicit - it makes the code easier to understand, especially in large projects :)

Sweet. Thanks VoG. Sometimes I doubt your "Research Chemist" occupation. It seems you never do any real work
