Macro & Userform query to send the wishes through email and text message

Dear All,

Good Day.. In my office i have to send the birtyday and festival wishes to my clients & collegues through email and text messages. Till now i do this work manually which is hectic for me. Kindly suggest me to solve this problem through macro and user form .

I want to do as

1) If any one's birtyday is today then automatically its to be popped up and userform will be displayed as "Do you want to send 1) Email or 2) Text message or 3) Both Email & Text. If i click any one of these and click ok then automatically email or message have to be sent to the respective person

here also i want one option to attach the file ( generally JPG / PDF / xls files ) like which attachment you want to send.
if i select that file it will automatically attached to the mail id and have to be sent.

2) For festival season i have to send mail to every one ( is there any option to select individually or Select A) then the mail has to be sent to those persons.

and my data will be increased depends on clients
