I want to create an excel list with check boxes, say for options 1 through 10. I would like to be able to select which issues between 1 & 10 need to be inputted into the reply email, avoiding having to retype everything over and over again. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
Can this be done? Im open to any macro/VB code that could work.

Thanks for any and all help everyone =)
<o:p> </o:p>

Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
