Macros to enable & disable hyperlinks

Hi there,

I am using excel 2003 and have a spreadsheet with lots of hyperlinks in. It can get a bit annoying if I keep clicking on them by accident but I do not want to completely remove them. I wondered if there are macros I could use and assign to buttons, one to temporarily disable the hyperlinks and the other to enable them again.

I'm sure I have seen this in spreadsheets created by others before.

Any suggestions?
