Hi,
I'm using the mail merge function in Word, to pull in data from an excel sheet. I'm wondering if there is a quick way to mail merge multiple rows of data into an Word template using mail merge. For example in using the following data...;
Lisa 145 H
Lisa 234 J
Lisa 645 E
Joe 354 S
Joe 465 F
Henry 3 R
...I'm trying to mail merge all of Lisa's information on one Word template, instead of creating 3 different Word templates. Similarly, I'm looking to mail merge all of Joe's info on one, and Henry isn't a problem, b/c he only has one entry.
I'd really appreciate your help - I think there must be an answer!
Thanks,
Cathy
