Hello all!

I'm using the following to e-mail excel, how can I add multiple users and if possible a popup box from where I can choose specific users?
===============================================
Dim wb As Workbook
Dim strdate As String
strdate = Format(Now, "mmmm dd yy hh-mm")
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
Sheets(Array("Breakdown Tracking Sheet")).Copy
Set wb = ActiveWorkbook
With wb
.SaveAs "Bruce Lauman's copy of " & ThisWorkbook.Name _
& " " & strdate & ".xls"
.SendMail "Mr.SoandSo@Somemail.com", _
"Breakdown Tracking Sheet"
.ChangeFileAccess xlReadOnly
Kill .FullName
.Close True
End With
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
==============================================

Kind Regards!
