How can I merge cell A1 into each recipient of a mailmerge that says, "On this date <cellA1> it is stated <Name>'s favorite color is <Favorite Color>."
without having to copy and paste cell A1 in A2, A3, A4, A5 etc.?
I only want to type the date once but have it appear on every merge. Possible?

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Formatting didn't quite stick in above message, Here is a screenshot.
