Maintain Internal Worksheet Links When Copying or Saving

Hello.

I have several workbooks that contain internal links to other worksheets within the workbook (book marks).

They work wonderful ... except when I copy or save the file using a different name ... then I have to go through the entire workbook and update all of the links.

How are you copying the file? Please give all full details of what process you do. Also, can you show a picture of a cell formula that has one of these links?
