Maintain the Formula structure of Pivot Table, possible?

I just need something like this


Original Pivot

Copy paste the pivot as value, but maintain the pivot "formula", like below

I assume this needs VBA or something

I have thousands of such tables so It is not realistic for me to manually write the formula for each one.
