Make code run slower

Hi there,

I need a line of code to put into a loop to make the loop take more time. the Loop changes the chart values but its going to fast to see, I need it to run approximately 2 seconds slower. Is there some code that will wait 2 seconds?

If you can pause the macro with no ill effects, Application.Wait()

Dim ary
Dim i As Long
    
    Set r = Range("A1")
    ary = Array(1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6)
    
    For i = 0 To 5
        r.Value = ary(i)
        Application.Wait Now() + TimeValue("00:00:02")
    Next
End Sub
