make column data row headers

I want a macro to copy from one sheet to another a column of data and make it a row of column headers on my second sheet at the same time deleting any duplicates.

can anyone help me.

why do you wnat a macro
highlight the column data and clilck edit-copy(control+s)
select the first cell of the header row in the other sheet
e.g. sheet2 A1
now click edit-pastespecial
tick transpose(at the bottom right)
click ok
