What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Open the workbook use Alt + F11 and in the VBA screen double click on the left where it shows thisWorkBook then at top select Object (States General in the drop down)from drop down and change to Workbook you can then add in

userformName.show

Change userformName to the form name. Save and close then reopen and it will display your form
