Making File Name More Prominent

I often have multiple spreadsheets (SS) open simultaneously. Since these spreadsheets are very similar to one another, I often get confused about which SS I am presently working on. I find the file name to be too small to be easily discerned. Is there any way to make the file name more prominent. For example, can I create a "watermark" to express the file name? Or could the file name be made to flash on and off. Anything to make it easier for me to quickly determine which file is presently "active".
