Making toolbar with custom images

Is there a way to make a toolbar in excel with custom images
and not by using the FaceIDs provided by Microsoft Office.If so, please anybody let me know.
Thanks for the trouble.
 

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
If you insert a Custom Face button then if you right click on it you have the option to edit the button image.
