I know how to use Autofit in code. How do I do an autofit from the Excel Front end? Is there a way to expand all columns as a non-programmer. How do I do autofit of all columns not from code but as an Excel user?

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.

In excel, press the f1 key,type AutoFit into the search box, click the first result.
