marco for paranthsis for all cells that contain values

I would like to put paranthesis in my sheet for all cells that contain numbers. I would like to use a macro frot his this since i have multiple cells sheets. Since i don't want them to become negative because of the paranthesis i think you need to put a ' before each number.

0.58 --> '(0.58) will look like (0.58)
0.02--> '(0.02) will look like (0.02)

can anyone help me with this?
