I have the following set up in a column on my worksheet.

Country 1 Stage 1
Counrty 1 Stage 2
Country 1 Stage 3
Counrty 1 Stage 4
Country 1 Stage 5
Counrty 1 Stage 6
Country 2 Stage 1
Counrty 2 Stage 2
Country 2 Stage 3
Counrty 3 Stage 1
Country 3 Stage 2
Counrty 3 Stage 3

I have a formula that allows me to lookup each stage and transpose that in another worksheet so it looks like this:

Country 1 Stage 1 Stage 2 Stage 3 etc

The problem I have is linking the Country column to the other worksheet. I only need the country to appear at the beginning of each row but the number of stages are vairable making linking to a specific cell useless. I need a way of identfying all the unique countries in the column and linking them to my other worksheet.

Please help and if i haven't explained very well let me know.
